Refund policy

 Thank you for visiting Pearl Moon Creations !

I accept refunds and/or exchanges up to 14 days after delivery of your purchase. If it has been longer than 14 days since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Item must be in the original packaging.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are excluded

 I Do Not allow refunds or exchanges for earrings, or custom items, unless they arrive broken or damaged. Photo proof will be requested including images of the packaging. 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at shop@pearlmooncreations.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition as well as the packaging.
